Each month we highlight a new wine region or topic and curate four white and four red wines that best represent it. These wines are featured in our Wine Station dispensers for tastings and are available for purchase by the bottle.

Greek wines are food wines! Just as Greek food flavors are intense in flavors, so is the wine.
Greek wine is experiencing a modern renaissance, blending over 3,000 years of history with, primarily, indigenous grape varieties to produce diverse, high-quality, and character-driven wines. Known for its unique, terroir-driven styles—ranging from volcanic, high-acid Assyrtiko whites to complex, tannic Xinomavro reds—the country produces roughly 70% white wines. Over 300 unique grapes exist, with primary, widely recognized varieties including Assyrtiko, Malagousia, and Moschofilero (whites), as well as reds, such as Xinomavro and Agiorgitiko.
Four Key Regions
Northern Greece, known for elegant, savory reds and fresh and fruity whites.
Central Greece is a warmer climate and can produce softer reds and bolder whites.
Southern Greece produces fruity reds and perfumed whites, as well as rich dessert wines.
Agean Istlands is the home of one of the most important white wine, Assyrtiko, but the islands also have some rare indigenous varietals. This month we're highlighting wines from the Naoussa, Crete, and Poloponnese regions.

Dangerously easy-drinking and made from a blend of Moschofilero and Roditis grapes. Citrusy and slightly creamy, this is a fantastic Greek house white wine. Super friendly with just enough complexity to keep you coming back for another sip.
