Made with Roussanne, Marsanne, and Bourboulenc, this organic wine offers a versatile pairing for seafood, chicken, and salads. 

 The 2021 Hermann J. Wiemer Cabernet Franc from Seneca Lake presents a complex profile with notes of redcurrant, red plum, and wild raspberry on the nose and palate, alongside savory earth notes, a touch of graphite, and a delicate spicy character. It is a medium-bodied wine with a velvety mouthfeel, characterized by bright, crisp acidity and structured, firm tannins that soften into a flavorful finish.  

This is a big red blend using a couple of traditional Italian varietals and one traditional French varietal. Also, like French Rhônes we add a splash of white wine, just a small percentage of our Evolution Lucky No. 9 White, to bring in another layer of complexity that lifts the aromatics, color and flavor.  Rich flavors of cherry and plum pie filling, black cherry and red currants abound, with the daintiest hints of savory notes throughout.
