Whole cluster pressed. Native yeast fermentation was carried out in stainless steel. After malolactic fermentation, the wine was racked and aged for 5 months in concrete before bottling. Unfined and unfiltered. Aromas of banana, lemon leaf, grapefruit pith, fresh fennel, and wool. On the palate, this wine has layers of texture, and a slight bit of grip while having a nice rounded oily finish. This wine would be great with shellfish, pasta, creamy dishes, and cheese.

10% Pinot Grigio,  de-stemmed and left to cold macerate with skins overnight.   On the nose, it is floral with notes of rose petals, fruity with hints of white peach, slightly herbaceous with hints of herbs. On the palate, it is savoury and fresh. Good accompanied by seafood dishes that also have a fat component.

Food-friendly and downright yummy this is a complex wine with lots of layers and notes of earth, leather, red fruit with tones of chocolate and prune. The palate is soft and lush with lingering black cherries, raspberries and spice leading to a long finish.  Pairs well with grilled meats, medium to strong cheese or simply on its own.

COLOUR: Intense dark red. AROMA: Attractive and seductive black fruit notes that blend with elegant touches of dark chocolate. PALATE: Round mouth filling with ample soft tannins. A mixture of flavours that attracts, seduces and envelops.
