Certified Sustainable (SIP) estate  vineyard.  This Sauvignon Blanc is bright and refreshing with lemon, grapefruit, tropical fruit and crisp acidity.

 30% Encruzado, 40% Bical and 30% Cerceal-Branco.  Green apple, pear, lemon, and cream aromas.  Mineral notes on the palate, with pear and melon flavors.   With restrained and vibrant acidity, a linear structure of intense gravity and a long and full finish.

Intense nose of fresh fruits like strawberry, red cherries and plenty of floral aroma. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, good natural acidity and fresh berry fruits towards the finish. It is well balanced, clean and expressive. Try with grilled salmon, Gruyère cheese, or wild mushrooms with polenta.

 The color gives away the power of this wine.  On the nose, it offers an elegant combination of ripe plums, blackberries and flowers with hints of black pepper, intermingled with aromas of chocolate and vanilla. The palate is concentrated and rich, repeating aromas perceived on the nose and complemented by herbal notes of thyme and oregano. It has fresh acidity and excellent structure and length.
