91% Cabernet 6% Malbec 3% Petite Sirah. Primarily sourced from Barrelli Creek, wines from blocks with dark fruit were married with the wines that expressed sage, tobacco and garrigue notes to be laid down in 100% American oak. The result is a complex powerhouse with jammy blackberry, black tea, green tea, nutmeg, toasted coconut, caramel, and molasses.
Light to medium-bodied and fruit-forward, this Gamay charms with aromas of blackberry, hibiscus, salinity, and hints of Fraser fir and earthy forest floor. The palate is lush yet lively with juicy black cherry with saline nuance and notes of black tea. Nero D'Avola and Frappato. Cherry-red in color with vivid violet highlights. An intense fruity aroma featuring notes of raspberries and blackberries. Palate is soft and well-balanced with a good structure. Ideal with tasty pasta dishes, grilled meats, cold cuts and semi-aged cheeses. Pairs very well with many typical dishes of Mediterranean cousine.
This is just a spectacular Cabernet Sauvignon from two vineyards in the Walla Walla Valley. This medium bodied wine is both lithe and expressive, with embracing tannins wrapping gently around a focused core of dried herb-accented black cherry and licorice flavors, dancing with finesse on the finish. Maceration 14 -27 days tank and bin fermentations. Aged on fine lees for 12 months. ~41% new French oak.
