86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Petite Sirah, and 5% Zinfandel . Primarily sourced from Barrelli Creek, wines from blocks with dark fruit were married with the wines that expressed sage, tobacco and garrigue notes to be laid down in 100% American oak. The result is a complex powerhouse with jammy blackberry, espresso, graphite, and vanilla bean with well-integrated tannins
Matured for 18 months in 65% new French oak. It is opulent, rich, balanced, pure, and full-bodied with grainy tannins, good depth, and solid acidity. The lucious palate features cherry, blackberry, earth, oak, licorice, pepper, and chocolate.
Garnatxa Peluda 100% ("Hairy" Garnacha) Natural and intelligent mutation of the Garnacha to adapt to the warm and dry climate of Terra Alta and thus conserve water for longer through perspiration through the pores of the capillaries on the underside of the leaf (hairiness). On the nose it gives notes of raspberry and spices, combined with a herbaceous touch. On the palate, despite having a very fresh and light entry, leaves a spicy character with an explosion of black peppercorns and cloves.
"Super Tuscan" blend: Sangiovese (60%), Cabernet Sauvignon (20%), Merlot (20%). Rich aromas of dark cherry, dard chocolate, licorice, vanilla with a full-bodied, fruity, juicy palate. Pairs with game, beef, cured meats, and aged cheeses.
