Domaine Mercouri Red, 2021 Peloponnese, Greece

A blend of Refosco and Mavrodaphne.  Fruity bouquet with fragrant overtones of chocolate and caramel Undertones of vanilla and cinnamon Fine tannins and velvety richness. Wholly sustainable vineyards on the western coast of the Peloponnese, close to Ancient Olympia. 25-30 year old vines at an elevation of 30-40 meters.

Martis Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, 2021 California

91% Cabernet 6% Malbec 3% Petite Sirah.  Primarily sourced from Barrelli Creek, wines from blocks with dark fruit were married with the wines that expressed sage, tobacco and garrigue notes to be laid down in 100% American oak. The result is a complex powerhouse with jammy blackberry, black tea, green tea, nutmeg, toasted coconut, caramel, and molasses.

The Vice, House, 2021 Napa CA

Fragrance of ripe dark berries, pomegranate molasses and warm cranberry sauce with shades of vanilla and hickory. A multi-dimensional mouthfeel sporting red berry bramble and licorice on the entrance, picking up along the way. loads of dark cacao and spiced almonds on the mid-palate. The lush and lengthy finish perfectly matches the aromas of the earlier nose, with waves of violet and fresh tobacco leaf.  12 months of aging in Oak barrels  (30% new oak. 50% French & 50% American)

Dusted Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, 2021 Walla Walla Valley, Washington

This is just a spectacular Cabernet Sauvignon from two vineyards in the Walla Walla Valley. This medium bodied wine is both lithe and expressive, with embracing tannins wrapping gently around a focused core of dried herb-accented black cherry and licorice flavors, dancing with finesse on the finish. Maceration 14 -27 days tank and bin fermentations. Aged on fine lees for 12 months. ~41% new French oak.
