Being Earth-friendly has always been one of our core values.  In addition to recycling glass, paper, cardboard, tin, and plastics, we:  

• Use earth-friendly sanitization and cleaning products that reduce plastic use and are gentle on the environment
• Use repurposed furnishings, decor, and serving ware
• Use compostable takeout containers
• Use recyclable plastics when necessary
• Encourage re-usable shopping bag use
• Use recycled and recyclable paper packaging
• Use led lighting indoors and solar lighting outdoors
• Use local vendors and suppliers where possible
• Do not use plastic bags
• Collect and participate in a plastic bag/plastic wrap recycling program
