a blend of Vermentino, Falanghina, and Trebbiano grapes from Paso Robles, characterized by aromas of sea air, flint, and lime zest, with flavors of kiwi, kumquat, and a hint of banana smoothie, finishing with a refreshing saline note. This wine is designed to be balanced and refreshing, reminiscent of a coastal Italian white table wine, with high acidity that makes it very food-friendly.
A dry, medium-bodied German red from the Pfalz region, produced by Ernst Loosen. It features bright, ripe dark cherry fruit with a spicy mid-palate and earthy tannins. The wine is matured for 15-18 months in barriques (30% new) and stainless steel to balance complexity and freshness. Pairs well with roasted poultry, mushrooms, or earthy dishes
A certified organic, 100% Barbera wine from the Serraboella hill in Neive, Piedmont, Italy. The 2023 vintage iswas rated 91 points by Vinous and 90 points by Wine Advocate. Aromas of red fruit (cherry, raspberry), currant, blackberry, and rose petals, with subtle notes of spice and tobacco. On the palate, medium-bodied with juicy, crisp red fruit, fine tannins, and a savory, mineral finish.
