Scents of white peach, lime zest, and elderflower.  Palate: Crisp and focused structure with hints of green apple and wet stone. Long and mineral-driven finish.

This Gavi is produced from a Cortese vineyard well known in the XVIII century. Unoaked and bright, bottled just a few months after harvest.   Delicate and fresh, with fragrant notes of yellow apples, chamomile, lemon zest, and white flowers.  It has a vibrant acidity that provides a long, clean, and elegant finish. Excellent paired with seafood, shellfish, starters, and light pasta dishes. 

 This delicious Pinot is medium-bodied with cherry, cola, plum, blueberry and light toast flavors. It is well-structured and elegant, with lingering spicy, earthy notes and cherry flavors throughout the mid-palate. The vanilla and toast integrates well with the silky round tannins on the lengthy finish. 

 Color : Dark ruby red. Aroma : Rich notes of chocolate, black currant, ripe blackberry, and hints of cedar and leather. Palate : Rich and satisfying with flavors of boysenberry jam, black cherry pie filling, dark currant, and cocoa nibs. Full yet elegant on the palate, with strong acidity and a long, smooth finish accompanied by velvety tannins.
