Colombard, Grenache blanc, Terret, Roussanne et Muscat. Fresh, aromatic nose with prominent notes of citrus (lemon, bergamot) and mango. On the palate: Elegant and delicate, combining zesty, lemony freshness with a round, well-balanced texture.
The grapes were handpicked at night to preserve vibrant flavors. They were whole cluster pressed, using a long, slow low pressure extraction. Vibrant citrus and delicate floral notes lead to a wine that is lively, persistent, and textured on the palate with notes of honey suckle, white lily, lemon grass, quince, and Asian pear. Pairings: Steamed clams and mussels, grilled halibut steaks, crab and English pea risotto, or pasta with pesto, ricotta, or burrata.
100% Carignan. Bright ruby with purple hints. Vibrant flavors of fresh plum, pomegranate, and raspberry. Juicy and easy-to-drink with fine-grained tannins and gentle acidity.
79% Merlot, 16% Syrah, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Opens with a beautiful expression of oak spice and fragrant cherry accented by hints of cranberry, vanilla and blackberry. The tannins are well integrated and the finish is juicy and long. Aging: — 10% new French oak, 90% neutral barriques.
