100% Rebula (Ribolla Gialla). Vibrant, light-to-medium-bodied with high acidity and a creamy mousse. It is characterized by intense fruity flavors (green apple skin, yellow apple) and a distinct, salty minerality characteristic of the local marly soil. Long, crisp, and clean finish with lingering citrus and mineral notes.
Cinsault grape. The color is pale pink fuchsia, very bright. The nose is frank, lively, expressive, on white flowers and citrus fruits (pink grapefruit). The palate is fresh and the gooseberry meets again the grapefruit. A wine of great freshness and easy pleasure.
Delicious red fruit aromas of cherry, raspberry and even a hint of ripe strawberry. The light bodied palate is awash with juicy, raspberry, fruit flavors. Very soft and juicy on the palate with lingering red berries. Ideally drink while young and fresh, chilled slightly in the fridge for maximum enjoyment.
Intense red with purple hues. Fresh berries and cherry aromas, with a hint of violet. Delicate notes of baking spice and a hint of cocoa on the finish. Serve cool at 61-65 degrees Fahrenheit. Can be cellared for up to 7 years. 50% is aged in lightly toasted French oak casks for 12 months with the other 50% aged in a mix of stainless steel
and concrete. Aged in bottle for four months before release.
